Receptionist

We are currently seeking candidates to join some of our reputable clients in Melbourne CBD for temporary and permanent opportunities. The right candidates must bring a positive attitude to work every day, be self motivated, maintain a professional attitude and have outstanding communication skills. They must also be able to demonstrate personal, helpful and courteous relationships with customers, colleagues and clients while being able to manage their time efficiently. Being able to work individually and as part of a team is also a must.
Duties include:

  • Being the welcoming and professional face of the business
  • General administration duties
  • Dealing with telephone, email and face-to-face queries from a wide range of people
  • Overseeing and maintaining confidential records for the business
  • In charge of catering, stock orders and stationary orders
  • Opening and date stamping all mail/faxes and distributing accordingly
