Phoebe Lane has served as PKL Recruitment’s Managing Director and sole owner since its inception in 1995. Drawing upon 25 years of experience in the office support and contact recruitment sectors Phoebe’s primary focus is developing the company’s business and financial strategies for continued growth and to ensure impeccable service delivery. As part of her role, she leverages industry trends, develops new geographic markets, identifies potential targets and forges industry partnerships to facilitate PKL Recruitment’s ongoing long-term success.

In addition to her fiduciary and risk management responsibilities, Phoebe also serves as a mentor to all of PKL Recruitment employees. Her open leadership philosophy is apparent in the way she operates the business, empowers her staff and builds relationships with clients, candidates and serves her community. Phoebe created PKL Recruitment to provide the marketplace with a much needed workforce solutions partner that operates on the time-honoured principles of honesty, integrity, trust and accountability. As part of her community service, Phoebe dedicates time as a volunteer for children with disabilities and cancer.

Rachel Stefanovski

Rachel started with PKL Recruitment in 2005 and is responsible for national business management of PKL Recruitment. Early in her career she cut her teeth as a temporary business support consultant, successfully growing her client and candidate base and establishing long lasting relationships that still exist today. Rachel is an accomplished Consultant and Leader who has led the NSW Teams since 2012 and developed the business support division, as well as establishing our Onsite Team with Peakbound Holdings.

Rachel is solutions driven and focused on high quality service that has ensured a high level of referral business for our teams. Rachel takes great satisfaction in setting a strong and motivated team culture through engaging with intelligent, capable and driven recruitment consultants. She is passionate about PKL Recruitment’s brand and reputation. She is commercial and thrives on developing her team to operate at the highest level.

Shannon Lippert

Shannon has more than 13 years of recruitment experience in Sydney, working on a variety of successful desks – temporary, permanent and dual desks. Her success is based on her high ethics, her drive to deliver quality service and her ability to adapt to the ever-changing recruitment industry.

Since joining the PKL Recruitment team in 2013, Shannon has managed the temporary division. As PKL Recruitment’s New South Wales Branch Manager, Shannon is responsible for both the Temporary and Permanent Divisions. Shannon always leads from the front and has guided and grown the Sydney PKL Recruitment Branch to one of the most successful recruitment teams in Sydney.

Justin commenced his recruitment career as a temporary and permanent recruitment consultant more than 8 years ago. He managed a successful call centre division and a temporary division servicing the blue-collar sector in Western Australia. His is experienced in sales and business development and thrives on managing a motivated, intelligent and engaged team. Justin is focused on establishing and developing long-term relationships based on mutual respect and value with his clients and team.

In 2015, Justin joined PKL Recruitment as the Melbourne Team Leader for Business Support. Justin is dedicated to building a strong and collaborative team environment that achieves targets and is passionate about recruitment and the PKL Recruitment brand.

Saskia Thurlow

Onsite Recruitment Manager - RPO


Saskia started with PKL Recruitment in 2012 and has led our Onsite Recruitment Team since 2014. Starting as a Resourcer, Saskia quickly moved into an Account Management role looking after multiple contact centre clients providing high volumes of temporary and permanent candidates.

Specialising in the contact centre industry, Saskia has worked in a number of contact centres with experience in Customer Service, Technical Support and Team Leadership. With a strong focus on delivering results, she takes pride in her work and sets a high standard for herself and her team.
